If there is no infection the main root canal filling in definite way is endomethasone ...if there's infection we use calcium hydroxide in 2 or 3 weeks with a post check xray....and sometimes when nothing is happening we can use before extraction mtapex bioceramic sealer ....we can definitely fill the root canal with gutaperch ....and is one of the best ....and the last one is a technique like a sealer puf which i take beyond the apex to the infection this material (take a little endomethasone ...a few eugenol ..a few cresotin..a litlle yellow iodine (powder)mix them together and with a lentylo send them beyond the apex as a sealer puf and then just fill the root with enomethasone and gutaperch and you good to go!

Please help me. When for sinus Ct scan and they found 11 mm lucency adjacent to the roots of first right molar. The impression says it may represent an apical cyst. I had a crown done for that tooth and four weeks later I start feeling uncomfortable. I was being pushed by my Endodontist to see Ent doctor. I am so so stressed. Pls advice.
